胡鸿翔，博士后，杭州电子科技大学理学院教授，浙江省自然基金杰出青年基金获得者，浙江省脑机协同智能重点实验室核心成员，江苏省网络群体智能重点实验室核心成员，目前在国际顶级学术期刊IEEE Trans.与Systems & Control Letters等发表SCI论文35篇，曾多次赴新加坡南洋理工大学、美国德克萨斯农工大学卡塔尔分校、香港城市大学进行学术访问和交流。
