报告摘要:Curvature flow for hypersurfaces is a powerful tool in modern mathematics. In this talk, we discuss various curvature flows for hypersurfaces in hyperbolic space and their applications to geometric inequalities, including contracting curvature flows, the inverse curvature flows, quermassintegral preserving curvature flows, and locally constrained curvature flows. Our talk is based on my joint works with Ben Andrews (ANU), Yong Wei (USTC), Changwei Xiong (SCU) and Yingxiang Hu (Beihang U.).
报告人简介:李海中,清华大学教授,博士生导师,二级教授,国务院政府特殊津贴获得者。从事微分几何的研究工作,在JDG,Math. Ann., Crelle‘s Journal, Trans. AMS,Adv. in Math., Calc. Var. PDE, JFA, Math. Z., IMRN,IUMJ等数学期刊发表科学论文160余篇,论文被国内外同行引用1800余次。与澳大利亚国立大学Ben Andrews教授合作论文给出三维球面中常平均曲率嵌入环面的完全分类,完全解决了著名的Pinkall-Sterling猜想。2019年荣获国家自然科学二等奖;2018年荣获教育部自然科学一等奖。
